Peer Review Process
The Jurnal KATALOGIS is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal. Every paper submitted to the Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora for publication is subject to peer-review. The peer-review in this journal evaluates the submitted paper by two or more individuals of similar competence to the author. It aims to determine the academic paper's suitability for publication. The peer-review method is employed to maintain standards of quality and provide credibility to the papers.
In order to shorten the review process and respond quickly to authors, the Editors may triage a submission and decide without sending the paper for external review. The Editor shall inform you of the review results as soon as possible, hopefully in 4-8 weeks. The Editors' decision is final, and no correspondence can be entered into concerning manuscripts considered unsuitable for publication in this journal. All correspondence, including notification of the Editors' decision and requests for revisions, will be sent by email.
